Electrical Systems Engineer
Design and integrate energy-efficient electrical layouts for modular buildings, incorporating smart controls, LED lighting, and renewable energy systems. Ensure compliance with codes, support installation, and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Architect
Create innovative, sustainable modular designs for residential and commercial projects. Work with clients to translate needs into detailed plans, integrating energy-efficient features, renewable systems, and smart technologies while ensuring code compliance and production efficiency.
Site Supervisor
Oversee modular unit installation and on-site assembly. Manage trades, coordinate deliveries, ensure CSA A277 and safety compliance, and conduct quality inspections. Prepare sites, monitor schedules, and liaise with clients, inspectors, and project teams for smooth operations.
Zoning and Building Analyst
Assess project feasibility by reviewing zoning bylaws, codes, and energy standards. Prepare compliance reports, assist with permit applications, and coordinate with municipal staff to streamline approvals for modular and retrofit projects across various BC communities.
Modular Assembly and Installation Technician
Assemble modular units in-factory and on-site, handling framing, insulation, electrical rough-ins, and smart system installs. Perform quality checks before delivery, assist with placement, utility tie-ins, and final finishing to ensure code-compliant, ready-to-occupy structures.
Construction Labourer
Support modular builds through site preparation, material handling, framing, insulation, and fixture installation. Assist with sustainable system setups and maintain safe, efficient work areas to help deliver quality, environmentally responsible construction projects.
Retrofit Specialist
Plan and install energy-efficient upgrades for existing homes. Replace outdated systems with heat pumps, insulation, smart appliances, and efficient windows, ensuring compliance with BC energy codes while helping clients access rebates and long-term savings.
Renewable Energy Systems Technician
Install and maintain solar, battery, and small wind systems for modular and retrofit projects. Conduct site assessments, wire and connect components, and ensure safe, optimal performance to deliver reliable, clean energy solutions to clients.
Smart System and Electrical Technician
Install and configure electrical infrastructure and smart technologies in modular homes. Set up automation, energy dashboards, and EV chargers, ensuring seamless system integration, troubleshooting, and compliance with Canadian Electrical Code requirements.
Sales and Marketing Specialist
Promote modular and renewable solutions through campaigns, events, and client outreach. Build industry partnerships, create marketing materials, and develop strategies to expand market presence while supporting the company’s sustainable construction mission.
